Digital Account Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
  • Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
  • Manage employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
  • Feedback all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.
  • Ensure they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition.
  • Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Manage Google and Social media ads
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Plan and implement client B2C and B2B digital marketing strategies across all channels
  • Ensure all work is completed on time and to budget.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Content Management (SEO Content -Content Plan – G Analytics)
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Any other tasks need.

 

Job Requirements

  • Related experience: 3 to 5 years in the same position.
  • Medical Background preferred.
  • Nasr City Residence preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team.
  • Solid experience in Managing all digital marketing platforms
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
